DHTML Menu - Simple Site Framework

Task: This task is to generate a set of simple html pages tied together with a clean professional DHTML (js) menu system. The pages will not need to contain any content, what we are really looking for is the site framework and the menu system so we can get started building our application. ***************************** Menu: We would like the menu system to be easily expandable (we will provide you with 4 or 5 menu items each with 2-4 sub menu items, but later on we will want to add some additional menu items as well as sub menu items so we would like the code to be written such that this is possible.) The DHTML menu will need to work on most recent versions of IE, Firefox and Safari. One feature of the menu that we would really like is to be able to add icons. We currently don’t need icons created, we will do that later, but we would like the menu to accommodate that. I have attached a sample to view so you can see what I mean. For the menu details we would like to start with would be something simple like below: Menu 1: Asset Proposals Sub Menu 1: Assigned Proposals Sub Menu 2: Enter/Update Asset Proposals Sub Menu 3: Search Asset Proposals Menu 2: Data Management Sub Menu 1: Manage Aerodrome Data Sub Menu 2: Manage NAVAID Data Menu 3: Tools Sub Menu 1: Geospatial/Engineering Tools Sub Menu 2: Annex S4 Management Tool Sub Menu 3: Map “What-if” Scenario Menu 4: Reports Sub Menu 1: Asset Proposal Report Sub Menu 2: Authority Management Report ***************************** CSS: We would also like the menu colors and fonts to be driven by styles. We have not decided on a color theme yet, so we want to be able to change the colors and fonts in the menu easily. Also, we would like styles added for clean professional buttons, textboxes, etc. We are not positive what we want yet so we are looking for someone who would be willing to create a few variations and let us choose.
