Hello there! I can create this for you. I have coded many Google scripts bounded to Google forms. The script will import the data from the Remedy Database. It will also export the results to the email mail list when the user submits the form. We can also add any features that use Google services. Like, exporting the results as PDF file, push data into Google spreadsheets or any feature that uses Google services. I have worked on a similar project recently. The client had a form that collects users data. He wanted a script that will push data into a master spreadsheet which contains all users responses. Then it exports the data and the results for the current user to a new spreadsheet. Then it emails the user with his results. I know that I have few reviews here, but all of my projects are Google script projects. Actually, I started my freelancing career on Upwork. I have a job success score of 98% there.
