Build a minimalistic Geolocation Listing Website (Similar to AirBnB)

Hello Guys, This AirBnB-like website, all I want is -ability to a user to post a place on map with pictures, description and few(3-4) categories, availability time and price. -The other user can search places based on their location, category and price, -and possibly book it (you can use general payment system like stripe and Paypal), -With minimalistic messaging capabilities between users. (Also you can use external libraries or tools, such as Telegram API to manage this.) - For design you can use Bootstrap, Ready template files from themeforest. - For user sign up verification, you can use Twitter's Digits APIs. - Use restful apis for the requests so later we can develop mobile app. Use as much as libraries to make your work get done fast.
