Connect D3.js to Angular or jQuery datepicker

I am using the nvd3 Angular module for graphing, with the focus for drilling in on specific sections of the timeline. [login to view URL] I simply need either 2 datepickers or a date range picker that will act as an alternative to the scrubber below the chart. When using the scrubber, the dates in the datepicker will reflect the range being selected. This needs to happen in real time as you are sliding your selection to and fro. When you select a date range with the datepickers/date range picker, that date range will be reflected in the chart, as well as by the scrubber selector.
