I've made a Joomla template where the footer is semi-transparent and can be toggled to show/hide. Works fine in Firefox and Chrome, but not IE8. The actual site is online but can only be viewed by adding a line to your .hosts file: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Then visit [login to view URL] If you know what you're doing this shouldn't be a big job. Say $50,-? I need this fixed within 24 hrs.
