Design, install and configure new Joomla 2.5.4 food website

I would like to build a new Joomla 2.5.4 website (hosted on GoDaddy) that is going to give advice on food related issues. The site will have a homepage, contact page and articles on different topics. You are required to make suggestions for the theme to use (which you might have to adjust). If need be I am willing to have a title banner designed (so you do not necessarily have to be a graphic designer). You need to install the theme and configure the site. I have some specific requirements for the site (see in detailed requirements section), which you need to implement (including selecting of modules and implementing them). PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE DETAILED REQUIREMENTS SECTION. Basically I need the site to be completed so that I only have to fill the content in. You need to have relevant previous Joomla projects on vWorker. ## Deliverables The theme needs to be warm and friendly, but should also not be too busy. All pages need to have the site banner on top and the menu below it. All pages have to have a footer for copyright information. The contact page needs to have a form where the user can select if they have a request or want to provide feedback, as well as leave their name, email and comment. It needs to include a captcha mechanism to prevent spam. The topics pages all have the same layout: Below the menu on the left needs to be a picture with the topic name to the right of it. On the right hand side there needs to an option for the user to sign up to the newsletter. Below that is the introduction section, followed by the recommendation section which is then followed by the accessories section. Below that is a option for the user to comment (again using a captcha mechanism - user feedback is not shown and only forwarded to the webmaster). On the right hand side there needs to be a google adsense box (and only on the topics page). Topics are always a single page and are in the menu. There needs to be an easy way to add a new topic, so that it is ensured that they all follow the same structure.
