Conversion of installed Joomla Terran Tribune template to Croatian language

I need someone to make me use Terran Tribune template (RockeTemplate)with Croatian language. Want it to be exactly as the DEMO template but to be translated to Croatian and able to show Croatian characters. Some people have tried but failed. It works until it hit demo content then it convert itself back to English. My budget is only 30$
