Create component + sub-template for automated Joomla content

I'm not sure if the title of my project properly indicates what I am after. I am building a site using Joomla and require a component to be built that take multiple sources of information (xml, java, Joomla modules, etc) to auto-populate and create pages on my Joomla site. What I am wanting to accomplish is to use xml data to automatically create a sports player profile page. Thus far, I have about 2000 players in my xml database and expect that number to grow by about 250 every year, so you can see why I need this component. The page will also include several custom modules to display customized stats about the player. I am still working on accumulating all the data so I don't expect the actual project start date to beginuntil about a month from now, but building communication with the person/company that is going to do this is important to start. I doubt this project is for the faint of heart and need an experienced, professional Joomla/software expert to help so please only bid if you fit this description.
