Contact/Email List for Gas Plants and Refineries with an SRU

Note: The project is for experienced lead generation providers only. If you are new to lead generation, you need not apply. That being said, I am looking to expand my network of contacts in approximately 200 refineries and gas plants in the US that include an SRU (Sulfur Recovery Unit). I am looking for CURRENT contacts with specific titles only for locations that have an SRU, and will not pay for contact information for those sites that do not have a sulfur unit. If you are hired, you may start immediately. If things go well, I will look into expanding the project and provide you with additional geographies. Can you send 50+ qualified leads per week? If so, you're the one I'm looking for. I am looking for the following: Company; Company Name, Address, and Main Switchboard Phone and Fax number, and at least three of the titles below: Contacts; Contact Name, Contact Title, Contact Email, and Contact Direct Phone Number at plants with an SRU: Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) Process Engineer Senior Process Engineer Chief Engineer Process Manager Plant Manager Production Manager Technical Manager Engineering Manager Environmental Engineer/Manager Maintenance Supervisor Note: Leads must be quality, 100% current for the locations listed. They cannot be bogus. In other words...* ONLY quality leads. If you already have a list, PM me with a sample. HOW YOU WILL BE PAID: Once I receive the leads, I will contact them to make sure they are real, genuine leads & you will be paid for those that qualify. I will be paying twice per month via paypal The payout per company information will be $.25, payout per company contact will be $.25. For approval process, please bid, and provide your method in which leads will be generated. You don't need to go into details, but I need to be sure the process is valid. (Bogus leads mean you get fired, with NO PAY.) I will need the information in an Excel spreadsheet with the headings above. DEMO Lead Provider (Minimum 10) will get more chance of winning this project as I'll be able to see your quality.
