Delaware series LLC corporate compliance review

Job: Corporate compliance review Requirements: experience in Delaware state series limited liability corporations, 5 years legal or paralegal work dealing with same. Optimal candidate: US attorney with experience in formation and administration of Delaware series limited liability corporations. Details: We are conducting a corporate compliance review. We require a thorough review of our LLC operating agreement and annual compliance documents to ensure that the LLC, and each of the series entities, has been administered in a businesslike and correct fashion in accordance with the requirements of series LLC’s in Delaware state. Currently only 3 of the series are active. Formation of the LLC was in 2008. Any deviations from good standard business practices will need to be addressed, with appropriate remedies suggested. The operating agreement runs approximately 30 pages with 10 pages of appendixes and approximately 10-20 pages of boilerplate legal forms used for the annual administration of the LLC. We are aiming for the review to be completed by December 1 ,2010. Please respond with your specific experience in this matter, knowledge of Delaware state LLC law and administration, expected length of duration of review, and hourly rate requirements, which will be subject to an agreed upon cap.
