Asterisk PRI Recording Server

I need to configure a stand alone server using asterisk w/ digium T1 cards to record all calls made from a separate Dialogic based dialer. I have 2 T1s currently going to a Dialogic based predictive dialer. This dialer does not have digital recording feature, but is effective for me. I need to place a recording asterisk server in between telco T1s and my Dialogic. The recordings (mp3)need to be searched by phone # & date. A folder for each date. and pushed to separate FTP server nightly. A simple webpage (username & password) and lookup option (phone # & date), then the file is exported to user. Also a script to delete the very small recodings(under 1-2 min) daily. Since we make several thousand calls per day and dont need the very short duration calls archived. I will have linux server online w/ ssh. and digium T1 cards as needed. Please only respond if you have done this before or have extensive asterisk experience and can confidently complete this quickly.
