Currently have an old asterisk install. The version is 1.2 with free pbx 2.5.2.2. We are seeking to migrate to pbx in a flash install, purple 32 or 64 bit. Looking for qualified help to complete this effort. The new machine already has PIAF purple 64 - bit installed and setup work performed, it requires review and finishing the migration.
Currently we have the following:
Call forwarding for company primary phone number to VoIP provider
1 Commercial VoIP trunk
3 active VoIP numbers
18 users
Simple IVR
extension dialing to cell phone
extension dialing to a soft client (x-lite)
Features we would like to establish:
IVR for unattended use or after hours
IVR off for business hours if attendant is present
establish available dial in numbers to benefit business operations
Establish conference calling on system to minimize cost of external conference bridge use and plan (minutes) usage
Make conference bridge available to outside callers
Require email and phone number for support during work effort and for follow up support based on agreed upon statement of work and fee.
