$25-30 USD

Paid on delivery
We have been having issues with our server, and the customer accounts hosted there. We would like to build a custom setting so we can monitor the bandwidth used from the user accounts, that can be set to do the following: - Without having to limit the user accounts, would it be possible for us to receive an email warning, if a customer consumes more than 2 gigs of bandwidth a day. - limit the bandwidth of an user that is excessively consuming bandwidth, for example, 2 gigs above current used bandwidth. For all of these, email notifications have to be delivered, containing username, and website related to the issue, also, details on bandwidth used. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 7.0", "Linux, etc.
