Design PCB for simple Raspberry Pi Expansion board

I want to create a simple expansion board for the Raspberry Pi mini computer (Model B+). I need someone to do a proper schematic and PCB design for me since I have not done it in years. Simple 2 layer board with 4 relays, couple of header connectors, screw terminals, 1 IC (ADC), resisters and zener diodes (for protection). Basically the board will have: 4 relays with screw terminals 4 input pins with pull up/down resisters and jumpers and screw terminals 3 output pins with screw terminals LCD header I2C header SPI header UART header The successful bidder should create a schematic for a 30% milestone and the actual PCB design with silkscreen for the remaining 70%. I think this is a about 1-2 full days' work. I am attaching my description of what the board should do and contain and proposed GPIO pin usage. I would like the board to have similar form factor to the RPi and have matching mounting holes.
