Block torrents on Ubuntu Server

I need someone to block torrents on my Ubuntu 12.04 VPN server. I tried many iptables scripts but they all failed to block encrypted torrents. You should come with a deep packet inspection solution either using l7filter, ndpi, etc. Your solution must block all torrent activity including encrypted torrent transfers. When you have finished the work you will write a shell script that I can apply on my other servers.
