Acquisition (and optionally encoding and delivery) of satellite signals (Europe).

We are working with couple of our partners on a cost effective solution to push their content to our CDN. Their signals are on Atlantic Bird 3. What we are looking for is someone based in Europe to capture these signals, encode them (h264, AAC, 720 Kbps). As long as you can capture them and push them to a computer that's all we need. We can take care of the encoding and the delivery. This is a long term project with recurring payments for the right solution. We can help you understand the requirements in terms of computer, tuner and dish.
