Im looking for professional server admin for my dedicated server. I have plesk installed with 30 domains. There are around 5-10 magento shops and those are mainly the clients who take most of the resources. Admin should have knowledge of leveraging server performance for magento shops and work with plesk enviroment. Most of the resources are not used and some of magento shops are slow so some improvements could be done. Work would be continuous and if there are some problems with server fast communication is appreciated!

there are two points which can be done for the improvement of magneto stores, 1. store optimization. (css, js, images optimation work) 2. would me increase the server ram or optimization tool used in server to increase the performance.
