Hello,
My website hosting company is terrible and we stopped receiving form submissions for the past two weeks. We need this problem resolved as soon as possible, and we think it's a problem with the spam filters set by the hosting company. At this point, we think the best bet is to switch to a new hosting company. There are about 400 pages that would need to be moved over. If you have another solution that will be faster or less expense, then we will consider that as well.
