Configure a Raspberry Pi 2 Model B with Openwrt and NODOGSPLASH for a captive portal

Hi, I am experienced IT professional (network/systems/database engineer). I have knowledge of linux systems and I'm open source expert (worked with most popular open source softwares, and some known only to few). I'm also capable of scripting in various languages (including sh/bash, perl, php). I'm an expert on customizing openwrt and creating custom builds. I also own RPi Model B so I'm able to test it properly to minimize issues. Hi, I've read your project brief and I understand your requirements. I'll be happy to remotely SSH into your RasberryPi and compile/configure NoDogSplash. All you'll have to do is flash an image of Rasbian Jessie lite unto the Raspberry Pi's SD card and run a single SSH tunnelling command to enable me piggyback on the connection. After this is done, I'll connect to your Raspberry Pi and conclude configuration within an hour after which you'll be able to connect to the available access point and confirm that the captive portal works as expected. Once this is done, I'll provide a clearly descriptive document that will guide you to configure and replace splash/authentication page(s) as required. I believe this is a much more efficient approach to this project than transferring huge files which will have to be downloaded, flashed, tested, etc. Please let me know the exact make / model of the wireless adapter you have. I would like for someone to build me a image for a Raspberry Pi 2 model B so that i have a plug and play solution for a captive portal that i can copy to the hardware i already have. I have a USB wifi dongle using a BCM43143 chipset and I would like to creative a Wifi captive portal so that I can control users bandwidth and connecting time and I also want to force a terms and conditions acknowledgement screen (splash page) that loads when they open a browser and then once accepting the terms and conditions they are forwarded to our facebook page. I would also like a descriptive guide as to how i can configure our splash page and adjust the wifi settings (connection time, speed bandwidth). Also willing to accept an alternative solution other than Openwrt and nodogsplash if it meets the requirements set out above
