Hi There I've done DR many times mostly in AWS. Basically all your components must be hosted in a different region and must also replicated configurations and data in real time, with DNS configured to failover routing. Although there's a serious tradeoff between cost and downtime if you consider for DR solution. Lemme know how you want the tradeoff to be maintained. BTW I'm a super expert in AWS.
