Bed and Breakfast Corporate identity

What I need - the first stage is logo, business card master / sample, outdoor sign (vector design), wine bar sign (vector design) 1) A logo for Nicolsburg that should reflect the town of Nikolsburg history and may even incorporate its old court of arms in a stylized form ([login to view URL] )but which can be modern. Alternatively it can be in Wiener Werkstätte Style (google that up) or in Sezessionstil or loosely based on that like this font - [login to view URL] The logo must be unique and cannot utilize a readymade commercial font without any alteration. The logo must be graphic – must work well in black and white and color. Obviously it must also be available in vector format, be reproducible, convertible and modifiable. Based on this logo we will need to make five things: 2) Design for or of the outside front sign. The building is small, yellow, old. The sign can be in Wiener Werkstätte style and can say Pension Nikolsburg and have a small court of arms of the town or anyway you like. Black on White. The sign should be made in vector format. 3) Design for the wine bar sign (at the bed and breakfast), also in vector format 4) Design for the business card Pension Nicolsburg (Bed and Breakfast) Accommodations Catering 5. Generic business card 8. Brochure for the pension – bed and breakfast. This is just a basic layout that I can then fill with text and pictures and modify. Using same graphics, logos, and design concepts as those used in the business cards to make a standard brochure which can be filled in with text and graphics. Text boxes. Graphic boxes. Should be designed with standard program that can be used by any print shop. Note that all sizes, paper, business cards, brochures, must be European, metric i.e. not American, 8. Restaurant Menu or Cover for the Menu Must make an original, beautiful restaurant – bar menu layout which I can then modify. 9. Wine card – Wine menu or Cover for the Menu Same thing but with wines 10. For both restaurant menu and bar menu I also need a multilingual (at least five language version – Czech, Austrian-German, Russian, French and English in that order) which should consists of easily identifiable sections, be like address card with tabs). Same with menu, could be side tabs, like Daily Menu Appetizers Soups Main Courses Salads Deserts Tea and Coffee Mineral water and soft drinks Beverages 11.
