Digitize and clean up sketch

I need this sketch to be cleaned up and look more professional. Attached is a zip of my sketch file, some sample files of how I want my sketch to generally look similar to, and an rich text file of Chinese characters to be put on the final work. The first design will be a circular logo in only black and white. The design is like files [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and f004.jpg. These files are from various artists that make a visual image from Chinese characters. I want the following Chinese Characters in the [login to view URL] file to form the logo. Around the bottom of this image I want these characters I provided in the rich text file written like in the file [login to view URL] This sketch of mine still needs some work. I like how it looks like a pirate, that just came out. What needs more work is the circle around the image, the neck and shoulder line in the image, and all the lines just need to be cleaned up and look more professional. If you can tell the first character makes up the hat/bandana on the top of the head. The second character is used to make the beer. The third character is used to make the front of the face (eyes, eyebrow, nose and ear), the third character is used to design the mouth, the chin line and the neck. The last character is for the base of the profile picture but I did not get this part very good.
