Company logo design

TMM (Private) Limited is a company offering professional services in a diverse set of function areas. We are currently in the process of designing a new website, company logo, business cards and letter heads. This project is the first of quite a few projects to be executed in the near future. In this project, bids are requested from individuals and companies with experience in logo design. The logo should be usable with business cards, letter heads, envelopes and company website. Color should be used, but with enough care to ensure that printing costs remain low. The logo should also be printable in a single color, preferrably black. With your bids please provide examples previous work. If no previous work is available, a sample of logo for TMM will also do. Please also mention the amount of time required for completion from the date of acceptance. This project will ideally be executed in three phases: - Submission of a set of potential logos - Acceptance by TMM of one logo with potential requests for modification - Submission of logo with modifications - Acceptance by TMM with potential requests for final touches - Submission of logo with modifications - Acceptance by TMM ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Linux, Various internet browsers including IE, Mozilla and Firefox. The logo can be in any format as long as the coder is willing to export it to other formats as may be required by the printer as well as for the website.
