Company Logo

I would like a logo for a company. It needs to emphasise "time" and "Team" and "workflow" I have an idea about a watch face, where instead of numbers, the hands pass via cartoon images of people indicating that as time goes by, different people work on a task. I need files (adobe illustrator) so that i can generate files from it. This logo needs to be suitable for an iOS application so it needs to be square(ish) as well as be able to be converted into a favicon if you PM me, please give urls to some of your previous work.
