assist install magento / zend package on windows 2003 64 bit

I need to get a fully working Magento installation running on windows server 2003 64 bit. The server allready has word press blogs running php / mysql with no issues. I have installed the zend / magento package, but am having some final configuration issues so I need some one with some problem solving skills in this environment or ideally someone with experience installing Magento on windows that can guide me through it on team viewer or some such collabration software.
