Complete Magento Website - Expert Required

We have a default magento site we need developed. The X/HTML & CSS files will be supplied. We will need 3-4 extensions installed (share this, shipping table rate, australian location / language pack, payment gateway) It will be built using the latest version of Magento. You will be working with a Project Manager and have assistance if required from our lead magento developer. We need a Expert Magento developer that must show samples of previous Magento development they have done - SUPPLY SAMPLES IN PMB!. You will be required to use our Project Management software (basecamp) also our SVN and time tracking system (Harvest) We will use the developer for ongoing projects if this project is completed correctly and we have more complex requirements for the next project. We prefer someone in similar timezone as us (Australia +10). A developer based in Asia would be perfect We want to be able to discuss directly with developer, we do not want to be discussing the day to day work with a project manager, my lead developer and project manager must have MSN Messenger access to the person doign the work.
