Bulk Email Service and Fax Broadcasting Needed

We need a bulk email service, that will allow us to send large volume of emails to a list that has been purchased. A simple user interface is preferred.. The sending server needs to have a remote ISP, so the emails being sent will not come from our personal IP address. OR We need a control panel / or web-based software that will allow us to send emails using our remote server already in place for a simple low monthly rate. Your Server and software must not be blacklisted or blocklisted. A test broadcast will be performed before any long term committment is in place and agreed uponed. We also need a fax broadcasting service that will allow us to send faxes to US fax machines for a simple low monthly rate.
