Hi I have a new website and am looking for a reasonably priced contractor ( no high priced or UK applicants please) to help to create an effective email marketing campaign for my business. The contractor would need to be able to devote at least 20 hours a week to this project and be willing to report daily regarding progress. Experience and references are essential. I can provide the content for the emails but need assistance with all other areas. I am looking for someone that can give me a strategic plan to achieve success. Hard work and results will be rewarded.
