Business Development Specialist Job Title: Business Development Specialist Job Type: Full Time Location: Virtual Office Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (One time and Recurring) Job Description: The Business Development Specialist will help acquire new clients for GoBro Web Design through various sales and marketing approaches. These include inbound and outbound calling, cold calls, email solicitations and other strategies deemed suitable and appropriate for the business. The position will also be responsible for client retention, client support and cross selling. Reporting directly to the Chief Web Designer, this position assists in growing and managing GoBro Web Design's client base. The position is also responsible for creating and implementing strategies in client acquisition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include, but not limited to the following: Placing outbound calls and reaching out to potential B2B clients Receiving inbound calls from potential and current clients and provide customer support and/or answer phone inquiries Reply to email inquiries from clients Follow up on incoming sales leads Generate new business Provide support to current clients Establish procedure in acquiring new clients Preference: Ability to speak and write English fluently Technical knowledge in Web Design and other services offered by GoBro Web Design Sales and Marketing skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to follow up and close business deals on a timely manner Must be able to work weekdays and some weekends. Preferred time is 9 AM to 5 PM PST Los Angeles US Time. This job description is not intended to be all–inclusive, and the candidate will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the Team Lead as required.
