Cold Calling Sales Rep to work on Commission

Please read description before applying for job. Looking for a sales rep for an app development and online marketing education company to work on commission only. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, outgoing personality and be results oriented, with demonstrated success in advertising sales. (Experience with small business owners, mobile marketing and phone apps is a plus) Target market would be new small businesses looking to have an app developed or needing help developing their sales funnels. DETAILS OF FUNCTION: • 3 or more years of successful outside commission based sales experience • Existing network of clients across multiple sectors, including schools, music bands, real estate, coaching, automotive, restaurant, and entertainment. • Skilled at cold calling and securing sales from small business accounts. • Capable of seeking out and participating in local networking events • Identifies prospects, customers, and referral sources, while developing and maintaining excellent relationships. • Build on existing cold and warm database of past clients and contacts. (currently 22,000). Continue to develop relationships. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, presentation) • Must be highly organized and self motivated • Positive and energetic attitude • Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel • Must be willing to work as an independent contractor. High level of English skill required to contact existing customer base. Apps can be translated into other languages as well for foreign sales. Initial and on-going sales material and training are provided. This is a commission only based position. Hours are flexible. For each confirmed client, we will pay: • For App Sale - 25% paid on design fee for app purchase (For each app you earn between $250 - $500 depending on design and functions) and/or • For E-Learning Marketing System Sale - 50% for paid lifetime of customer (ie: Client pays $97.00 per month, you earn $48.50 per client, per month as long as they are an active member).
