Help me with Marketing

I'm seeking a partnership with a trustworthy marketing team. My clients are a mix but tend to be local and I have been missing opportunites by not offering a marketing solution (based on their needs). I'd like work done for my programming company (using any form of marketing) to see what you can offer. I'd be willing to trade services (Advanced Web Design JS/PHP/jQuery/Advance SCSS/NoSQL/mySQL/ Angular etc) I'd love to hear for companies that would like design work done and would be willing to provide free marketing services in exchange.
