Find the way to calculate Power for crossfit workouts to make a pace so we can compare in distinct workouts the performance of an athlete. If every day the workouts are disctinct how can I know an Athletes performance is good, better or worse than other days?
I think we can use POWER I have this formulas
velocity (m/s) = distance (m) / time (seconds)
Acceleration (m/s2)= velocity (m/s) / time
Force (N) = mass (kg) x acceleration (m/s2)
Work (N.m) = Force(N) x Distance (m)
Power (J) = Work (N.m) /time (s)
But how to calculate for every movement or excercise wich will the variables of the formulas?
