Cloud secure Computing : Framework using Matlab

The main aim of my project is to investigate the research concept “to design a secure, balanced and unbiased service level agreement (SLA)”papers Topic is in relation with creation of a framework for secure and private cloud computing using Matlab software. I need assistance in designing of implementation plan which would include details like the process, the datasets that can be used, which algo will be suitable, etc. Also, I would require the reference paper which is used as a base for extension and new research.
