Attached is an image of red blood cells (RBCs). The large purple cells in the center are white blood cells. Use MATLAB to write a program that counts how many blood red cells are in the image. You will use Hough Transform (HT) to detect the number circles (circle centers to be exact), where each circle will represent an RBC.
