I am looking for a professional in Device to Device communication. This project is about the heterogeneous network where the D2D, LTE-A, and WLAN networks are existing in the same cell, and mobile users need to connect to different networks based on some criteria
for different case Studies. Different quietly of service metric are needed to be investigated such as Throughput, Delay profile, Packet Drop Rate, SINR, and Power Consumption.
Professional in NS3, Matlab, and Omnet++ software are most welcome.
