Custom MQL for MT4 metatrader forex indicator

Looking for an MT4 indicator programmer to design a custom indicator for MT4. It is a custom volume indicator. Indicator must be fed from the separate file (excel) to which the data can be added on daily bases and file updated. Indicator must show as a line in indicator window. The indicator must have an option to calculate rate of change and stochastic based on chosen past period up to one year. Rate of change must be shown on the chart and the indicator window on MT4 (option to choose) The separate file must be locked as .bin file or any other file impossible to open to third party.
