add a money manager for EA

just add a money manager for EA: add input setting like this, MM=TRUE/FALSE Risk=5 (if i set 5,means use 5% balance open all postion,this is basket trading EA,so will open a group of position,not single position, all position will be same lot size at the same time.) after all position is close,when next open new group position,will still use 5% balance to open new position. DO NOT CHANGE ORIGINAL EA OTHERS.
