I have extended experience with the STM32F4 family of ARM MCUS. I also have experience designing PCB for this chip. I have an almost ready schematic for it using Altium Designer. I provide schematic/PCB checks/review before jumping to the software development. Also I am willing to do remote session to verify firmware functionality. I would like to know more about the 3G modem. We can use a USB Host Interface capable of handling the USB driver level and use UART to the STM32F4 or just connect directly to the STM32F4. Depends of the effort. Hardwarewise could be 5 USD a chip ready solution vs maybe 100 USD software driver development. the STM32F4 has ready examples for CDC driver for USB Slave and not Host which what we need in this case.

Hi, Please share your complete project requirements, and for the given spec there are boards which are readily available(<60$). The amount I quoted is high because I am not to able reduce below 750. It has to be done from your side. About us: We have 10 years of experience in Product development. Micro-controllers we can work on PIC, STM32, PSOC and AVR and also we have all the development kit and instruments available with us. For PCB design we use KICAD v4.
