Hello. To propose the best solution I need to know a purpose of 3 different ESP boards. Do you want to use AT commands? If you want to use one board at the same time - you may use Software Serial. If you need to use several boards at the same time: 1) I would recommend to use hardware Serial ports (that means you need to use Arduino Mega2560). Soft. serial may work, but that depends on your application 2)You will need to customize a code (existing libraries will not work) My bid is approximate, because a working time depends on the answers and may be different. ESP8266 uses 3.3V. For implementing 3 boards, you'd need a voltage regulator to supply power to the esp's. I can design and implement the arduino code for you.

Hello! My name is Tung and I come from Viet Nam, in South East Asia. Currently, I am working as a hardware designer and have a lot of experience to design electronic circuit. I have idea to solve your problem. I use IC MUX/DEMUX switch dual 4:1 for 4 UART channel. I propose to use IDTQS3VH253 IC. Certainly, I will design a peripheral board using IDTQS3VH253 and integrate 4 connect ports for ESP8266 and 1 port for Arduino.
