I am an Access expert highly proficient in VBA macros; my previous experience has involved delivering multiple DB projects to numerous clients including FTSE100 based companies. I have quoted outside your budget because I think what you are asking is more than a couple of hours work. From your specification I would be able to write the following: - Select store from list and import the CSV data into the Database - Transfer the data into the correct keyed tables (Separating item description into a lookup table, keying the data according to date and store) - Write a query to generate the report you are looking for - by date and by store. This would entail the build of a mini data warehouse for your reporting tool - something that should be done properly and I would document the resultant schema for completeness and reference.
