Customer Database With Product Rental and Picture storage

I need a basic database for handling customers and storage container rental. Very simple and basically the same as contact management demo database but with a few extras bolted on. Will be running it on Access 2010
Main tables (just example of what I think will be required)
----------------
Customers--->name,address,phone etc
Storage Containers-->container name,container description, monthly price,deposit price
Payment methods-->cash, cheque
Payment transactions--> for all bills and payments by custmer
Deposit transactions--> to store details of deposits paid and deposits refunded
Services--> list of services just incase we need to add bills for misc services
Features

**View all customers form, with sort facility listing outstanding balance.
**Create new customer form
**Customer Manager feature so you can view the customers details, all storage containers rented. Price per month, and a list of all transactions for each month that passes and payments made by customer. ALso needs an area for transactions based on deposits paid and refunded. Customer Manager also needs to be able to store files, .doc .jpg related to that customer
**if storage container monthly prices are updated this should then update only the monthly rental fees for the next billing cycle
**it will auto generate the transactions, for example a customer rents a container on the 5th of jan for the first time, when you add the storage container to that customer it will gernate the first monthly bill and deposit, on the 5th Feb it will automatiocally generate the next monthly bill based on current rental price for that container.
**there will be approx 100 Storage containers available for rental, each will be of a certain type with default prices e.g
10ft container= £10per month , £20 Deposit
10ft container with compound = £15permonth, £25 deposit
these of course need to be editied and updated
