Hi, it looks like server, your IP address, or your ISP got blacklisted for some reason. I have resolved such issues on many occasions, and even recently I finished similar project here at Freelancer successfully. I will help you investigate the nature of this blacklisting, and help you configure Exchange and SPF DNS records if you do not have one. In the case that you are blacklisted by Hotmail/Outlook/Live, i will help you to communicate with their admins, however you will need a lot of patience in that case. Regards, Janko

I work as a Server Administrator at Arizona State University for the W.P. Carey School of Business. I also support my former employer Northland Pioneer College (NPC) for their entire infrastructure which connects 9 sites through microwave. I am currently supporting a domain migration for NPC that includes over 300 servers, 1000 workstations, 70,000 users, and Exchange 2010. Two years ago I upgraded their 2007 CCR environment to a 2010 DAG, including a change from physical systems to 100% virtualized including the storage. I also manage their routing for Exchange to include external and internal DNS, Cisco firewall rules, IronPort relays, F5 load-balancing, databases, clustering, backups, and troubleshooting. After reviewing your issue, I will create a plan and include all the details regarding the issue with recommendations. This will give us a chance to work together to determine the method you wish to use to resolve the issue and when and how to move forward. Although the amount of work is beyond my $75 rate, since I am new here, I want to establish rapport and a clientele.
