Android App Developer needed

Android App Developer needed (South Charlotte) I am looking for someone who can create a basic android app for me. It only needs to be sideloaded, not approved for app store deployment. I essentially need a list making app. In broad outline, here are the features/requirements: Ability to make a list of at least 1000 entries For each entry: Fields for "Description" (alpha-numeric), "Unit Price"(numeric), "Unit Type"(list of options) "Category"(alpha), "Sub Category"(alpha) Ability to add items/entries by scanning bar codes (this is *not* mission critical) Ability to insert and edit entries on the fly. (Ie, I have a list of 400 records, and need to insert an entry after # 200) Ability to export the list as a .csv or other mySQL compatible format The main function of this app will be to facilitate data gathering, so the main focus of design must be on ease and speed of creating and editing records.
