Add In-App purchase capabilities to a existing Android Webapp.

Currently the app has 4 native tabs. You have to add a fifth tab to the app where the user will find additional premium content (a list of text articles that users will be able to access once they pay).

- The tab will show a list of premium text articles. When the user press the article that will launch the google play "buy this thing" pop-up. If the user pays then the tab will load the article.

- We (administrator) will be able to add, remove or edit the title and content of the articles. Those articles will be served from our server.

- Articles are html formated.
