Android App for smartphones, that is able to record sounds, process data and display graphs such as waveforms

The project consists is the development of a simple android application with not more than 8-10 views. The application has to have/be able to do the following things:
1. Welcome Screen, Disclaimer
2. The user shall be able to push a button, record a sound and save it on the phone as wav file (hidden from user), no internet or database connection is required.
3. The wav sound data shall be extracted as series of positive numbers and processed through a given simple algorythm, that will be provieded to the developper.
4. The developper shall have the ability to translate the logic into java code. Not more than 10-12 mathematical operations will be applied to the series.
5. A result form the processing operations shall be stored in a form of an integer together with a timestamp in a text file.
6. The sound shall be dispayed as a waveform to the user, after the processing.
7. The history of the results (from point 5.) shall be querable in a separate view.
8. The app shall be ready for several languages.
9. The develloper will have the responsibility for making the app ready for publishing
That's it.
We are searching for experience android developper, having the following skills:
-sound recording and playing
-mathematical algorythms
-series data processing
-displaying graphs
-logging results
-able to custumize design of views or customize layouts, to be distinct from standart designs
-ability to finish the app ready for publishing
The project is not complex, how ever requires advanced skills. The logic and the maths shall be fully provided by us to you. There will be only responsibility for coding and development of the working app. It is not an urgent project However a deadline of 2 weeks sahll be met.
