I need a very basic downloadable java ap that, when clicked on an android device, will launch the device's web browser to http://m.eprensa.com.

The only major requirement I can think of is it needs to be compatible with all current/significant android releases and hopefully any future Android releases.

As a bonus you can provide the exact same ap for a blackberry, but this is not required.
