We would like to develop an Android Live Wallpaper...
Should be done with Eclipse and Android SDK
The application (LWP) should be take a video (format can be defined by us) from the resource, and show it into the live wallpaper...
So, final product should be an Eclipse project, which will load a video (from drawable resource (or external files), and able to generate the apk to be installed in the device.
Should be compatible with most recent version of Android, as well as for tablets and different phone sizes.
