Android Live Wallpaper with Animation - repost

We require a live wallpaper for Android. This live wallpaper must be able animate a 3ds generated 3d object automatically and allow the user to interact with the 3ds object by 'swiping' over top of it. Your team will be responsible for all Android code development and all 3d modeling. You will need to be sure your team is capable of both the Android software coding and the 3d modeling development. The live wallpaper must also have a "options' screen so that user can turn basic features on and off. The 3ds model will you will need to create will be a person who resembles a popular figure.
I apologize that I cannot be more specific but I can not provide any details until a developer has been selected.
If this project goes well, the same developer will likely be called again to add additional features and animations to the application such as the addition of google in app purchasing.
You will be required to work directly with several people including the project manager, and 3d artists during the project.
