Android MediaPlayer UI (UI only, backend exists)

We are a young startup that thrives to build an innovative new kind of media player. We basically have everything in place and only need the ANDROID UI implementation. We have a working Android App that defines a well documented interface through which you will retrieve the data to display and through which you will interact with the backend. We also do have a pixel perfect design of the UI. What we need is somebody to bring the design to life based on the Java interface. However, the UI is more than a few standard components applied, so a STRONG ANDROID UI BACKGROUND is a MUST.
