Android Tweeter Application

I need an simple android app capable to post tweets.
Currently I have an app that looks like follows:
- I have a DetailsActivity
- at the bottom of the DetailsActivite I have tabbar fragment with 4 buttons:
1. Home - shows the details of an item
2. Map - shows the item on a google map
3. Gallery - shows the gallery for the item
4. More - show a dialog with several social share options:
The app already works with facebook share (sdk) very nice.
I would need to integrate the twitter tweet functionality. I was experimenting with twitter4j 3.0.4, but it seems is a bit too much for me.
(I had several problems: network task on main thread, callback when logging into twitter not working ...)
So... what would eventually be needed is:
- the functionality should be in the fragment
- twitter post a tweet (and if user is not authenticated also log the user in)
